In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and of the Acts amending the same, and of a Deed of Arrangement made between Aifued William Ensor,,of Kakahu, Farmer, of the first part, Robert Henry Pearpoint, of Temnka, Accountant, and Philip Wareing, of the same place, Farmer, of the second part; and the several persons and firms who are Creditors of the said Alfred William Eosor of the third part. This is to notify that a Deed of 4rrangemont under the provisions of the above-named. Acts, made between Alfred William Ensor, of Kakahu, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, New Zealand, Farmer, of the first part; Robert Henry Pearpoint, of Temuka, in the Provincial District aforesaid, Accountant, and Philip Wareing, of the same place, Farmer, of the second part; and all and pingular the Creditors of the said Alfred William Ensor of the third part, was this day filed in the Office of the District Court at Timaru.
