After some discussion it was resolved to form a Company with a capital of £4OOO, in 200 shares of £2O ; the first issue to be 100 shares, and the calls to be £1 on application, £1 on allotment, and the balance in calls not exceeding £2 10s per share, at intervals not less then three months. An influential Provisional Directory was appointed. A lull report will appear in our next issue.
