ROAD BOARD ELECTION.
Owing to ilr C. G. Tripp withdrawing his candidature for election to the Geraldine Road Board there was no election, the Returning Officer having declared the five old members re-elected. The election for the Temuka Road Board took place yesterday, and resulted as follows:
The first five persons were elected. The official declaration of the poll will take place at 9.30 to-day.
