Mb Fbldwici befobe his Constituents. Mr Feldwick, member for Invercargill, addresssd his constituents on Monday night in the Theatre Koyal. The attendance was very meagre, and there was a palpable lack of enthusiasm on the part of the audience. Mr Feldwick spoke over two hours. At the conclusion of his address a roto of thanks and confidence was proposed, but an amendment thanking him for his address, but declining to accopt his explanation of his views re the education question, was carried,
