I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that at the next Ordinary Meeting of the County Council to be held on Wednesday, the 11th instant, I intend to PROPOSE that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council bo held on Monday, the 23rd April, for the purpose of CONSIDERING the following MOTION as a Special Order “ That in accordance with Section 13 of the Road Boards Act 1882, the Council declare that the Road Boards of Geraldine and Temuka shall be dissolved from the sth day of May instant, and thatthc elections decided by these Boards to bo held on the 7th of May, under section 31 of the said Road Boards Act be, and is hereby deemed to be a sufficient provision for (he elections of (he new Boards.” (Signed) JOHN TALBOT, F.
