THE FLEMINGTON CHEESE FACTORY

A little of the che-'se has already found its way into the local markets, and the quality and condition have been favourably cotnmcntfd by seroral acknowledged judges of cheese. A visit from the cheese nviUng department to the piggery shows a wide contra t but even here ev. vy little detail has been carried out with a view to the saving: of labor and miking the herd of 150 swine ai cjm/'or ableas their wal'owing natures will allow. The pigs have plenty of paddook ronm, and besides tin's they feed on the whey which comes from the faotory, and they seen* to thrive remarkably well on the generous treatment they receire. •
