The Bonapartist Bill was again under consideration in the Chamber of Deputies to-day, After a long debale the House by a large majority agreed to the compromise recently effected between the Government and the Committee appointed to consider the Bill, ami a dis mission will now take place upon an amended clause, which provides for the cashiering of Bonapartist Princes from the army, their interdiction from public functions, and expulsion from France at the discretion of Government. Later. In the Chamber of Deputies this evening the Bonapartist Bill was again under consideration, and after further debate was agreed upon as amended, and passed by a substantial majority. Feb. 3. M. Du cl ere and Falllleres are now convalescent and will shortly resume their places in the Chamber of Deputies. Prince Jerome Bonaparte is suffering from severe indisposition and has been removed to the Infirmary at Auteuil, near the Bois de Boulogne. London, Feb, 2.
The 7th Dragoon Guards and the 2nd battalion of the Ist Royal Lanarkshire Regiment (74th Foot) have been ordered Home from Egypt,
Consols remain at 102|, and New Zealand securities are unchanged. The markets for colonial hreadstnffs continue quiet at last quotations. Jhe total quantity of wheat afloat tor the United Kingdom is 2,180,000 quarters. The tallow market is firm. Beef, average, brands, 42s 5 mutton, average brands, 455. Feb. 3.
The four men who have been arrested on a charge of complicity in the murder of the late Lord F. Cavendish and Mr Burke were brought up at the Dublin Police Court to-day and identified as having been seen in Phoenix Park at the time the murder was committed. One prisoner, Carey, is the occupier of a house in which the knives which it is believed were used to commit the enme were discovered by the police. The prisoners were remanded until Monday next, the sth inst.
The Admiralty are despatching to Bombay, Hong Kong, Capetown and Sydney, in large numbers, guns suitable for the armament of merchantmen, with a view of supplementing the regular naval squadron in case of war.

A panic occurred in a factory in this city to-day, and in attempts made by operatives to rush trom the building the entrance became blocked, and twentythree women were crushed to death and thirty others seriously injured, Capetown, Feb, 1.
Telegrams are to hand announcing that the installation of Cetewayo having been completed, Sir Tlicopbilus Shepstone and the British troops are now returning to Natal,

Sailed, last evening—Union Company’s s.s. Hauroto, for Dunedin. Mr Gibson, Town Clerk of Dunedin, is a passenger by the Hauroto, and is accompanied by Messrs Were and Everard, representing Messrs Wilder and Griffiths, losers by the bond fraud. Feb. 3. Parliament was to-day formally dissolved by Proclamation. Mr Service is announced as a candidate for Castlemaine. Mr Pearson lias retired from the contest for that electorate. It is now definitely known that the vessel ashore at the Bar won Heads is the ship Berengaria, from London. She lies on a sandy bottom. Tugs are now attempting to get her off, and it is expected that she will be floats! without much injury. The passengers an:l crew were all landed safely. A lean v, Feb. 2.

The cricket match between the Don Ivo Bhgh’s team and eighteen of Brisbane was concluded to-day, and resulted in a victory for the Englishmen by an innings and 154 runs.
