TEMUKA ROAD DISTRICT. NOTICE OF ELECTION OF A MEMBER TO REPRESENT THE TEMUKA ROAD DISTRICT ON THE TIMARU HARBOR BOARD. PURSUANT to the provisions of “ The Timaru Harbor Board Act 1882,” and “Regulations of Local Elections Act 1876,” I, William Wills, Returning Officer for the Temuka Road District, do hereby give notice that an ELECTION fora MEMBER of the TIMARU HARBOR BOARD by the ratepayers of the Temuka Road District, will be held on MONDAY, the 12th day of February 1883. NOMINATIONS of Candidates in the forms prescribed by the second schedule of the said Local Elections Act must be sent to me at the Resident Magistrate’s Courthouse, Temuka, before noon on SATURDAY, the 3rd February, 188 S.
