IN BANKRUPTCY. IN the District Court of Timaru and Oamarn, holden at Timaru. In the matter of The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876, and the Acts amending the same, and of a Deed of Arrangement by Henry Selwood Austin, of Timaru, New Zealand, Solicitor, filed in this Court, at Timaru, on the 4th day of August, 1882. Notice is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court at Timaru on the 16th day of October, 1882, it was declared that the above mentioned deed was completely executed, pursuant to the provisions of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876.
