Shoddy.—The Southland Time?, under the happy heading " Will ye no'come back again?" remarks that the Bangitikei, which recently sailed from Lytteitor, had on board 49 -bales woollen .clippings. They came from the Ivaiapoi Clothing Company's Factory. Th:y will at home be manufactured into shoddy, and New Zealanders will by and-by purchase. some of the cloth so made, at a higher figure than they would pay for goods manufactured locally.
