London, Sept. 14. Smallpox has broken out imong the Malay sailors at Capetown, and a large number of deaths have occurred. The matter is regarded as very serious,. and causes much anxiety. Sept. 15. In the boat raee to-dky a crew from the Thames beat the Hillsdale crew (American.) - Sept, 17. H.M.S. Phoenix, 6 guns, 1137 tons, belonging to the North American squaddroiijhas been wrecked at Charlottetown, in Prince Edward’s Island. The crew were saved. Berlin, Sept. 14. Prince Bismarck has for some time past been indisposed, and his health is dafly becoming mere precarious. He has been ordered by his medical advisers to totally abstain from public business.
