BUTTER, CHEESE AND BACONCURING FACTORY COMPANY, LIMITED.
A meeting of the Provisional Directory of the above Company was held last night in the Star Hotlel, Dr Hayes in the chair. Mr Sando, the broker of the Company, reported that ho had sold over 500 shares, and had a good many more promises. This having been considered sufficient to warrant the company being floated, it was resolved on the motion of Mr Tvvomey, seconded by Mr Pilbrow-“ That Messrs Guild, Hayhurst, and Dr Hayes be appointed a sub-Committee to go to any necessary expense in the matter of preparing Memorandum and Ai tides of Association, either two of the abovenamed be empowered to act, and that the Secretary be instructed to call a general meeting of shareholders as soon as the sub-Committee report to him that the Articles and Memorandum of Association are prepared.” The meeting then terminated, after having discussed several matters of detail.
