I A cable special to Uhe New York Herald from London of April 22 says : Tyndal made public tO- ? day the results of experiments made by Dr Koch, of ißerlin; on tubercular disease. It was known before that the disease was communicable, but Koch has the' texaStriature 6f the parasite which causes consumption. He has propagated it artificially, arid killed animals with parasites thus prpduced. v ,The matter expectorated from the lungs of * consumptive persons has been found to be swarming with parasites thus pvoduced, which are highly infective.
