Sir, —The Committee appointed to collect subscriptions in aid of the above Brigade not feeliug inclined to take any action in the matter, I would suggest that they add to the number of the Committee two persons l who w6uld ;i be ; willing to canvass 'the' town\ 'T would willingly make one myself.
