Strathmore —by Glenroy, dam Violet, gained Ist prize as a yearling at Ellesmere, and Mr Cunningham’s special prize of £5 5s ; was 2nd as a 2-year-old, and Ist when 3-year-old, taking Mr Cunningham’s special prize the second time; was also 2nd at Ashburton as a 3-year-old.
