Wellington, Jan. 31 At the half-yearly meeting of the Union Sash and Door Company the report snowed a net profit for the term of £14,633. A dividend at the rate of 17i per cent absorbed £8446. £1374 was carried to the reserve fund, which now stands at £40,000. Mr J. W. Wilson was re-elected a Director.
