Suicide.—A farmer named John Brown, residing gear Ashburton, committed suicide by hanging, himself, last Tuesday., Ho cause is assigned. Accident.?—' We regret to learn that Mr G. Cliffy of.- Winchester, has sustained a rather serious accident. He was engaged working at a reaper and binder, when his hand was caught in the machine.
