News is to hand from Sicily announcing that a disastrous explosion has occurred in one of the sulphur mines in that island, resulting in the death, of fully fifty miners. The police to-day made an important seizure of arms and documents belonging to Fenians, at Bradford, in Yorkshire. Constantinople, Nov. 13. M. Novekoff, Russian Ambassador, has issued a further communication to the Porte in reference to the consideration of the question of the payment of the Russian war indemnity. M. Novekoff now states that the Russian Government is willing to modify its recent demand, and agrees that the claims of forc’gn bondholders’ delegates shall receive priority in recognition over the question of the payment of the war indemnity.
