Melbourne, June 22. In the Legislative Assembly to-day Sir Bryan O'Loughlen notified his motion of no-confidence in the Ministry, and the House then adjourned, Sydxky, June 22. The steamship Eotomahana, which arrived yesterday from Russell, has landed her passengers, but the captain declines to allow any further contact with the shore until he is advised from New Zealand how to act. Xews has been received from the islands that the chief murderer of Lieut. Bower has been caught atid executed a; the scene of the Sandfly massacre. June 23 An inquiry has been held into the wreck of the Queen of Nations, and has resulted io the suspension for twelre months of the certificate of the master, Captain Bacbe.
