THE NEW EMPEROR OF RUSSIA.

At St Petersburg the murder of the Czar led to no disturbance, all being perfectly quiet on Monday last. The Imperial family have received expressions of condolence and sympathy from all the crowned heads of Euiope. Upon the accession to the throne of Russia, the Czar Alexander 111. issued a manifesto,in which he strongly denounced the murderous attack made on the Dynasty. It, however, gives no outline of future pplicy. He has been received with shouts of acclamation by the people. The murderer of the late Emperor is named Rousakoff, and known to have been a student of the Russian Mining school. In gaol be remains perfectly quiet, refusing to give any information as to the motive which prompted bis crime.
