(Before Nugent Wood, Esq. r R.M.) civil cases; Q'uinn v. Mosely.—Judgment summons. No appearance of defendant. This case had been adjourned from a previous sitting to enable plaintiff to ascertain defendposition. His Worship ordered .the amount to be paid forthwith, or one month’s imprisonment, remarking’, that the defendant seemed to 1 make an habitual practice of incurring debts and shirking the consequences. Gumming and Hayes ir. Ronrke,— Claim 12s 6d. Judgment by default. B. Thomson! v, Hamilton,—Claim £8 10s 7d. Judgment by default for amouait and costs. S Burrows v. W. W. Dundaa.—Claim £4. Judgment by default for amount and costs v Conway v. F. Innes. —Claim £l2.' 15s Judgment by default for amount and costa Nicholas v Thoreau—Claim 10s Judgment for plaintiff for amount and. costs. Tue Court then adjourned.
