ASSAULT Emma Dickson v Philp—Mr Hammersley for defendant. Case dismissed. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John Daley, for the above offence, was fined 10s or 48 hours imprisonment. civil cases. Jones v. Hunt.—Judgment summons. Ordered to pay 40s per month, first payment to be made on the Gfch December, or one month's imprisonment. Fox v. J. Hunt —Judgment summons. Ordered to pay 40s per month, first payment to be made on 20th December ; in default 14 days' imprisonment. Gregory v. Morris.- Judgment summons Ordered to be paid forthwith, or 2 months' imprisonment. K. F. Gray v. H. D. McPherson. Claim £43. Mr Austin for plaintiff. Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs.

C. Storey v. D. Martin—Claim £6 13s 4d. Judgment by default for amount and costs.
