From the "Jluapeka.Timep we learn that at the idquiry held pn the human ■rerrfaiiis found in the bush at Qwake, near Oatlin's liiyer, they were identified as those o£ a man named Robert Groy,, who was missed in May, 1876. Grey was emplqyed atM r Robert Anderson's sawmill. Mr Jqhn Smith WillcQx, qne of the oldest and most respected residents in Lyttelton, was found sitting in a chair in his office at seven o'clock on Friday mqrning.
