One of her greatest victories •was in 1872 by gaining the gold medal for 1 the best specimen,of a draught animal in the yard at the Highland Society's Show in Glasgow when 14 years of age. One of her daughters when two year old (Ivanhoe's •ister) brought the handsome price of £260 at the Duke of Hamilton's . sale. Another filly of hers—Young London Magy—sold at Mr Drew's sale at 335 guineas to a farmer in Surrey, England.
