Mr K. F. Grav reports as follows on liis sales in the live stock market ; Or Tuesday, June Bth, I held a clearing sale at Mr Brogden’s farm, Milford; of live and dead stock. There was ,ir good attendnce, and all lots submitted were keenly contested. Fat sheep Gd, pigs (good bacon) from sid to 6d per fecording to t.;e ■weight, 1 sow with 11 pigs 3*B, 2 ditto with small litters L2 15s, store pigs from 2o< to S7s Gd, 6 dairy cows m profit; from Lo os to LIO ss—supply not being equal to demand. Stores, a li.tie over 13 months from L 3 los to Ll> 10 yearling calves brought 35s ; imp.ements realised satisfactory priejs. ■ On Tuesday, June 15th, I held a sale of stock on -Mr L*. Wareing’s farm at Milford.
