Wellington, May 24, A fatal accident occurred at the Upper Hntt this afternoon. A man named George Gilchrist was shot dead hy ano her m n who was practising rifle shooting. A man named William Kemp, a sawmill hand was killed on the Greytown railway on Saturday It appears that the man was intoxicated, and sitting asleep on the platform of the Silver Station.
