Resolved that Mr Healy be authorised to deal with the Timaru Municipal Council re taxes already collected by tl e Council’s officers. : Resolved that the license be withheld! from Mr J\ hnson for a slaughterhouse near Timaru, for not keeping it in proper order Fresh,appliestions for licenses were all approved of and granted. Consideration of the engagement with the Inspector, who had been-appointed by the Licensing Commissions,be considered, it was resolved to offer Mr Durham the sum of HOO per annum, 20s from each L 5 license, and IQs from each L2 lice nse be the salary, offered., Accepted, and to commence,-from.
