Accused said lie saw an old man being interfered with in the Grown Hotel, and, for tvking his part, ho was challenged to fight AFFILIATION’ CASE. On tho case being c died .Vir White asked for an adjournment, as he \v«s nuprop wed with the defence. Mr Austin strongly objected to this course. Mr white then drew his Worship's attention to the complaint not being sworn to, and asked that (he case be dismissed.
