IN Pursuance of the provisions of “ Tne Slaughter Houses Act, 1877 ” the County Council of the County of G >mldine hereby order as follows, that is to say : Interpretation. 1. Slaughter-Houses to be Kept Clean. 3, Every keeper of a Slaughter-!muse shall at all times keep the same and the premises connected therewith, and the appurtenances thereto belorging,_ina dean state, free from offensive effluvia, and in all respects to the satisfaction of any Inspector appointed, or to be appointed, under t'-e said Act ; and every snen keeper of a slaughter-house shall «o dispose of the blood, offal, drainage, and other refuse-matter therefrom, that the same shall not create a musaum , nor he offensive to >ersons residing or b- ing in or passing through the neighborhood of am-h slang!d; r-house ; and no keeper < f a rde-indit‘T-house shall permit any blood, offal, drainage, or reluse-matter to ac*,umcliitc in or upon oi about the same, or on the premises connected thorewilh,. or t.o (low, fall, or he thrown or put into any river, stream, drain, or watercourse.
