Finlay, Esq., Sandyhills, near Glasgow, Nancy by the celebrated Garnary Horse, and her dam by Scotsman. Nancy was first, shown as a three year old, and got first prize at Hamilton, first at Balliestan, second at Glasgow, and second at Kilbride, She was next year shown as a brood mare at Glasgow and Kilbride, where she received similar honors. Conqueror took the first prize as a two-yr, old a. the Blueskin Show, 1875, and second prize for All-Comers and Aged Hoi’s s at the same show, and at Oanuvru the following year took second prize as a threo-year old in a field of nine competitors.
