Mr Munro, in the Assembly, gavo nbticeof a motion to address tlie Governor, asking that a satisfactory measure for the reform of the Constitution should be carried during the present session Dec. 11. Electoral ..clivity has commenced throughout Victoria. The Legislative Council passed the Stamp Duties Act xmder piotest. Strangers were excluded from the Assembly since six o'oclock p.m. Stonewalling ia going on. Moonlight made a six hours' splendid address. The Judge summed up strongly against the prisoners.
