The foundation stone of the new Court of Justice was laid to-day. 4000 persons were present, including 300 Masons and all the Volunteer companies. The Hon. Mr Whittaker pe'fn-med the ceremony. The affair was a grand success. A cou-fc martial to-morrow, as to the conduct of one of the lieutenants of the Naval Brigace, at a recent p-notice. CJnuiSTCHPUCH, December 1.
