Indignation meetings of Irish are being held in various parts .of England. 'Parliament, it is stated, will be asked to deal with eases similar to that of Mr Parnell. The milPary in Dublin have been doubled. The rumours of the existence of Fenian cruisers are without foundation. The Duke of Argyle reiterates, his statement with regard to the untruthfulness of Lord Salisbury. Dublin, Nov. 22. A crowded meeting was held to protest against several arrests. Mr Parnell and other leaders of the Home .Rule party present condemned the action of the Government, and advised the Irish to perao vere and secure free land. Rome, Nov. 22. A new Ministry has been formed under the Presidency of Cairoli, with Torez as Minister of Commerce, Mnglianc of Finance, Cairoli of the Interior, Villia of Justice, Martini of Education, Baccarini of Public Works, andßowello of War. New York, Nov. 22. All speculation in railways has collapsed.
