Wednesday, Nov. 2G. Before F. Guinness, .Esq., R.M. The Court sat at 10 a in. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Geo Lynch, for this offence, was fined £l andj'costs 2s, or 48 hoars’ imprisonment. ALLO WING CATTLE TO STRAY. William Wheel band was charged with a 1 lowing his cattle to wander on the railway line, near the 49 mile peg. The accused denied the charge. It appeared from the evidence that the line was unfenced between the accused’s land and the railway line. His Worship dismissed the case. CIVIL CASES. S.McD.Gumming v W.S. Helena —Claim £7 7s, for professional attendance. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs, 245. Lyon and Harrop y H. Rands—Claim £lO 5s 9. Mr Austin for plaintiff. Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs, £1 16s. G. Lyncli v John Napier—Claim £2 6s, for work and labour done. Mr Austin for plaintiff. Defendant put in a set off for £1 2s 6d in his own name, and also another set off of 7s 6d in the name of Napier and Williams. Evidence being taken, His Worship gave judgment for 19s 6d and costs, 15s 6d. The Court then closed.
