Nesbitt, an old Pentndge prisoner, a sJ Wrenchier, aged 19, the son of an Lmelkeeper in Melbourne. The prisoners custody are Bennett, Kogan, Lyon, anu Moonlight. Captain Moonlight, at the, inquest oo the bushrangers, evinced the greater.; - i. posure. He took copious notes of th - -... ceedings, and cross-examined wr. n. with the apparent purpose of cleur::;:: dm comrades. He declares that only coo deceased Nesbitt fired.
