INTERPROVINCIAL. (Per Press Association.). Wellington, Nov. 21. - At the Appeal Court to-day, the case of Regina v Reid was heavd. The defendant, in th’s action, was manager of the Colonial Buvding Society, and had been convicted for embezzling monies. The present case submitted to determine various points of law rese’ vec 1 . The Court sustained- all counts on which lie was convicted, with exception of two, which we. -, e held to be bad. The Coiifft then adjourned until Monday.
