'The following are the Rates for Telegrams for twenty words or less (including Melbourne or Sydney rates) via Port Lanvin and the Java Cable : Via Sydney the rates are 3s more throughout. Telegraph offices are open from 9 a.m to ,5 p.m. on week days, and from 10 tfis 10-30 a.m. and 5 to 5.30 p.m. on fcmdaysNE.W ZEALAND CABLE.
