THE NATIVE OUTRAGE AT TE AROHA.
The chiefs of the tribes of ILuir.iki have afc last given their decision, leaving the Government as they were. They tell the assassins to be good boys for the future, or they will be handed over to the law, but aeem to have no intention of handing them over now, although pressed to do so by tlio Native Agent. One of those who fired the shots said it would be dangerous for the Government to attempt to take them, when Superintendent Thomson wished to go up with a few policemen to arrest theiu.
