AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Sydney, August 4. Arrived —Zealandia, s.s., from Auckland. The floods at Taraworth have subsided. Medbourne, August 4. A Mauritius telegram states that during July 750 tons of sugar were cleared or loading for Melbourne. No new sugars from the Mauritius market can be expected before September’, which news has improved the Melbourne market.
