Mails close nt Teiimka as follows : The English Mail via Suez will c-losq, on Tuesday Ist July at noun. Correspondence by this rouie must be specially addressed. Mil ford -Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 4 p.m. Badham's and Rangitnta Island —Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 11.30 a.m. Chris church and Ashburton —7-40 a.m., 2 30 p.m.. and 4 20 p.m. Geraldine and Waihi Bush—ll.so a.m. daily. Winchester and other intermediate offices on the line—7.4o a.m and 4.20 p.m. Waitohi Flat -Wednesday and Saturday, at 3 p.m. Timaru—-9.10 a.m., noon, and 5.40 p.m. ■Dunediu, Port Chalmers, Oamaru. Palmerston, Waimate, and other offices on South line (daily ), noon.
Post Offices have now been established fit Milford, Badham's. and Kangitata Island. A post-office is now open at Kerrytotvn. Mail closes in Timaru on Mondays and Tlinrsdays, at 6 a.m. A travelling post office having been established on the southern line of railway, letters bearing a late fee of twopence may be posted at any station in the maii carriage attached to the express train, and they will be included in the mails made up 'in transit for offices on the main line and branches, "'V WM.
