London, October 3. Mr Layanl is expected in Eijgland shortly to confer with the Government. October 5. The Albanians massacred a Pasha and 150 attendants. October 9. The Secretary of State for War is endeavoring to prevent the surrender of the' Albanian fortress of Deritza to the Montenegrins. October 10. Owing to the outrages reported to have been perpetrated by the Turks, the Russians have re-occupied Tcheckmedji. October 11. Great surprise is felt here at the action of Russia in re-occupying Tcheckmedji. England demands an immediate explanation. Constantinople, Oct. 9. The Porte finally refuses to accept the Austrian Convention. The Albanians have massacred a pasha at Sidenie. The Russian Ambassador has informed the Porte that the withdrawal of Russian troops from San Stefano has been stopped in consequence of the murders which have occurred in the evacuated districts. Vienna, Oct. 9. Bosnia and Herzegovina are now completely subjugated. The total Austrian loss in the undertaking was 4000. St, Petersburg, Oct. 9. The Russian Government announces its intention to administer Ronmelia from San Stefano, Oct. 11. The Press throughout Russia has assumed an aggressive tone. The Government announces its intention not to exacuate Derkoss or Kerkilesseh in Roumelia.
