The following are the Rates for Telegrams for twenty words or less (including Melbourne or Sydney rates) via Port Darwin and the Java Cable : Via Sydney the rates are 3s more throughout. Telegraph offices are open from 9 a .into 5 p.m. on week days, and from 10 to 10.80 a.m. and 5 to 5.30 p.m. on Sundays. NEW ZEALAND CABLE.
