Mrs. G. W. Sampson returned to Wanganui yesterday after visiting New Piymouth. Mrs. F. Honan and her daughter, Miss Nancy Honan, Auckland arrived on Monday to spend a holiday with Mrs. 'E. L. Humphries. Mrs. L. W. Lovell left yesterday to visit Wellington. Mrs. George Madgwick will leave today to spend a holiday at Palmerston North. Mrs. Cochran, Marton, is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. H. M. Purser. Mrs. E. P. Croll has returned from Wanganui. Mrs. L. M. Nutt returned to Wellington yesterday after visiting her mother, Mrs. A. B. Gibson. Miss Berys Burrell, Whakatane, left for Auckland on Monday after spending a holiday with her mother. Mrs. F. L Burrell. Mrs. A. J. Bancroft, Auckland, and Miss M. C. Storer, Dunedin, are staying at the Criterion Hotel.
