Alleged Conspiracy To Defraud U.S. Government

Washington, Aug. 31.' The Justice Department has announced a grand jury indictment of two- dismissed War Production Board officials, Robert Rhoads and Ralph Glazer, and three used machine-tols dealers on charges of conspiracy to defraud the Government and interfering with the prosecution of the war. It is alleged that Rhoads and Glazer sold - adoption on machine-tools at a , personal profit of 30,000 doilars and agreed not to make a freezing order against the tools or report their existence. Glazer was hired by the British purchasing commission as technical adviser on the procuring of machine-tools.
