Extra Day For T.J.C.
An extra day's racing having been granted to the Taranaki Jockey Club, it was decided at the monthly meeting oi the committee last night to allot it to the autumn race meeting and to apply for February 27 and March 6 as the dates. A committee was appointed to submit proposals" for the Chrlstmas meeting programme on Boxing Day. These will be considered at the September meeting of the club committee. Mr. Gordon Fraser, chatrman, welcomea Mr. B. Harston, who took his seat on the committee for the flrst time.
