Sufficient Proof.
In giving his decision in the New Plymouth Police Court on Monday in dismissing the charge against Francis M. White of being in possession of liquor in the vicinity of a dance hall, Mr. W. H. "Woodward, S.M., said: "It is sufficient for me that White denies upon oath any knowledge of the liquor found in his car."
