Assistant Appointed To Middle East Minister

Rec. 7.5 p.m. Rugby, Aug. 27 Lord Moyne has been appointed deputy Minister of State in the Middle East to assist Mr. R. G. Casey. The volume oi Work carried out by Mr. Casey has greatly increased and the presence of a second Minister will enable visits to be made to the main centres outside Egypt. Lord Moyne will, have Cabinet rank.
