Norwegian Pilots Scored During Attack on Dieppe

British Official Wireless.

Rugby, Aug. 26. The Norwegian air force announces that a total of 14 enemy planes were destroyed by Norwegians in the raids on Dieppe. This included six of Germany 's latest Dornier 217 bombers. Four enemy planes were probably destroyed and another 13 damaged. Two Norwegian airmen were killed. A 19-year-old piloi shot down two German planes and probably destroyed one. He was the youngest pilot participating.
