Civil Claims at Waitara

Ngatai £5 5s (£1 10s 6d); E. Reynolds v. J. Makutu (Thompson) £5 15s (id (£2 3s 6d) ; H. Weils and Co. v. P. Walden £1 5s (8s); Rcekb Is.singer Bros. v. A. C. Nenlon balance of costs 12s 2d; V. R. Pennington v. W. Day £1 18s 6d (8s). In judgment summons cases orders were made as follows: A. Crow to pay J. Watrrs and Co. £3 7s 2d before September 2(i, 1912, in dcfault three days' imprisonmcnt ; J. Eriwata to pay J. Parry £2 5s 10d forthwith, in defauit three days' imprisonmcnt, warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s a monih; J. O'Carroll to pay A. IFowler £9 5s, with solicitor's fee 15s (id, forthwith, in dpfault seven days' imprisonmcnt, warrant to be suspended on pqyment of £2 a month : Keno Tawa to pay E. C. Havton and Co. £3 19s 6d forthwith, in defauit three days' imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s a month; C. Wa*.. son to pay H. W. Aitken £5 10s 2d forthwith, in defauit five days' im- | prisonment.
