Heavy Losses In Supplies By Convoy to Russia
Rec. 12.30 a.m. Washington, Aug. 26.. Captain Lovett, Navy director of public relations, revealed that losses in convoys to Russian Arctic ports sometimes reach 50 oer cent. of the supplies.
